职责描述：This role will oversee the management of the L+G Groups JDM/ODM program as it pertains to China based partners and their operations in AP.
including but not limited:
Manage the JDM/ODM partner engagement on behalf of L+G. Oversee and report on partner development as well as providing project oversight to the SteerCo. Convent SteerCo meetings on a quarterly basis.
Leading role, conduct senior discussions and escalations
Drive JDM road map for L+G i.e. collect inputs from regions and manages it with partners
Run performance reviews with JDM partners
Regularly liaise with regional PM and GRD organisations to obtain clarity on JDM/ODM programs and projects.
Participate in the relevant M Process meetings to ensure JDM/ODM governance is followed
Maintain and track projects post M5 for TTM, cost and quality.
Be the point of escalation for issues management with the partners, acting to resolve issues in L+Gs best interests.
Lead the continuous improvement of the JDM/ODM governance models, management system and guidelines
Perform annual JDM/ODM executive meetings to discuss annual planning based on L+Gs PIP process.
Participate in the regular GP QBRs, leading the JDM/ODM business review aspects

任职要求：
■ The ideal candidate has plus 10 years work experience in an international environment, ideally for a branded company which used the Asian supply chain to outsource RD, production and supply chain. The combination of this is called JDM (joint development manufacturing) or similar. Companies who demonstrated this are consumer product companies such as DELL, Apple, Sonos or various automotive companies.
■ The candidate MUST have a proven record in electronics and mechatronics.
■ Metering knowledge (water, heat, electricity) and / or cellular communication background is required.
■ Master of science electrical engineering desired, Bachelor degree in economics a plus
